As part of the London Festival of Architecture, journey down the River Thames exploring the architectural landmarks that contribute to making London such a vibrant and dynamic city. Organised by Open-City (formerly Open House) this three hour river cruise will look at the impressive mix of historic and modern architecture that make the river front so architecturally diverse.

The Thames embankments are home to Somerset House (Sir William Chambers/Dixon Jones), Tate Modern (Sir Giles Gilbert Scott/Herzog & de Meuron), Oxo Tower, Royal Festival Hall (Allies and Morrison refurbishment), Foster’s City Hall, Riverbank House (David Walker Architects), Design Museum and the Millennium Dome to name a few.

The boat tour will be led by an expert architectural guide.
