Hidden Treasures: An Amble Through the City’s Past

Starts Monday 16th April – 21st May 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Learn more about the archaeology and history of the City of London on these accessible step-free tours designed for wheelchair users. Free places are available to anyone assisting or accompanying someone with a disability. Each week you will meet at the Museum for an overview of the period you are studying and then take part in a gently paced guided tour of about forty minutes in different parts of the City.

You will also get the chance to handle objects and visit the Museum of London’s galleries. The pace will be gentle and there will be opportunities to rest, but these may not always be under cover. For your own comfort, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring an umbrella and some water.

This pilot course is run in partnership with the City of London Adult and Community London Services.
