Tweeting About the Thames

Every month, the Mayor of London holds a question and answer session on Twitter, and every month since March 2013, we’ve been asking him a question: Has the impact of increased river services on the fragile archaeology of the Thames foreshore been considered? Today, in between questions about Crossrail, apprenticeships and his favourite McDonalds meal, FROG member Solange La Rose’s tweet managed to get his attention. There was also amazing support from other FROG members and Twitter followers who retweeted the question, and further spread the word.
