Greater London Archaeological Advisory Service
The Greater London Archaeology Advisory Service (GLAAS) is part of English Heritage London Region. GLASS seek to promote understanding and enjoyment of our archaeological heritage through its protection, management and interpretation.
The Greater London Archaeology Advisory Service (GLAAS) staff provide archaeological advice to local authority planners, developers and their agents, and local people, for 31 London boroughs and maintain the Greater London Sites and Monuments Record. Sources of advice on the City of London’s Historic Environment and Archaeology in Southwark can be found on their respective websites.
You can find out more about GLAAS’ role and activities on the Greater London Archaeological Advisory Service website.
