Isleworth and Strand on the Green workparties.

During the recent Thames Discovery Programme Forum, FROG volunteers with an interest in Isleworth and Strand on the Green (Chiswick) stretches got organised and started to plan events. Two confirmed dates have been agreed between now and Spring, with others pending as members are so keen to get to the water’s edge. Watch the TDP site for new dates.

Specific dates so far are as follows…a walk-over survey will take place at Isleworth on Saturday January 16th, meeting at 9am outside the London Apprentice pub, and another at Strand on the Green on Saturday March 6th, meeting at 12 midday outside the City Barge pub. All are welcome, but are advised to wrap up warm and wear suitable clothing and footwear – we’ll discuss what we’ve achieved and consider future plans at a nearby hostelry immediately afterwards.
