My East End
A New Photography Initiative for 2010
The My East End project is led by the Bishopsgate Institute, Geffrye Museum, Four Corners and Birkbeck College and is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The project gives people the opportunity to document and celebrate the rich heritage of London’s East End: its people, cultures, domestic and built environments, and open spaces. It aims to create a collective vision of life in the East End in 2010.
Foreshore Photography?
This is your ideal opportunity to submit images from the Thames taken in East London!
Photographs entered into the competition will be added to the important archive collections about the East End already held by Bishopsgate Institute. You can find out more about the project on the My East End website
