Photo Management

All FROG members can regularly add their own images to this website. We use Flickr, an online photo management and sharing application, that is free to use (for a basic account). You can upload your images to your Flickr account from your desktop, by email or even your cameraphone. Within Flickr, you can edit your images, create albums and share these images with anyone you choose. Flickr is incredibly simple to use. You don’t have to use Flickr to share your images though! We can also include contributions from Picasa and most other online photo management banks.

Why?

We want to share our work with as many people as possible, and online photo management tools allow us to do this for free. Flickr is an easy application to use, and makes it easy to share images whilst maintaining control of copyright, who can see them etc. Most importantly, it allows anyone anywhere to see what you and the project are doing!

How?

The Thames Discovery Programme would like you to share your images of the foreshore, by sharing your images of the foreshore on our Flickr group Thames Foreshore Archaeology if you have a Flickr account, or by contacting Lorna if you have anything else!
