One of the aims of the Riverpedia project is to provide publicly accessible research resources on the history and archaeology of the Thames and other useful topics. The image above shows one of the first foreshore surveys undertaken between Cannon Street and London Bridges in 1949, by Ivor Noel Hume. A full list of the research themes relating to this topic can be found in the Riverpedia Research Framework.
